Attorneys and law firms should always generate a profit when using EmployLegal. EmployLegal uses a US licensed Attorney to assist you with your legal needs. This means that you should be able to bill out our Attorney at your current Attorney rate. Your profit is the difference between what you pay EmployLegal and what you bill to your client.

EmployLegal is a Delaware-based litigation support services company. It provides a temporary Attorney to assist law firms and companies with their legal needs nationwide.
EmployLegal is different than many litigation support services companies because it provides you with the same Attorney for each assignment. You do not have to worry that you will get a different temporary Attorney each time you contact EmployLegal.

EmployLegal can assist you with legal research and writing, document review, proofreading, transcript summaries, witness research and special projects.
All work is performed at EmployLegal and completed assignments will be sent to you via e-mail, fax or express mail. However, EmployLegal can assist you on-site if necessary.
